How your kids are killing your hair!

It's no surprise that bringing children into this world wrecks your body inside out. It puts a ton of strain on your body. For 9 months of pregnancy, your body shifts your organs around to make room for your bundle of joy. It should be no surprise that the health of your hair also takes a toll.

All the stress and hormone changes causes many women to experience post partum hair loss. For up to 6 months to a year, you could see rapid hair loss.

Clumps of hair left on your pillows, a hair monster staring up at you from the shower drain, then your hairline starts to resemble that guy's at the office.

While this is a naturl process, and eventually, your hair should return to normal, you probably want to minimize the hair loss.

1. Avoid blow dryers and curling irons. You don't want any unnecessary heat applied to your hair.

2. skip the ponytails. Any tension applied to your hair will speed up the hair loss.

3. Eat a healthy diet. Not only is this method great for your hair, it's great for the rest of your body too.
